Located on the Gulf of Mexico, the existing home created challenges for its aging occupants. After living in the home for nearly 30 years, the couple sought to increase accessibility by adding an elevator and reimagining the interior layout. Focusing on the views, the home opens towards the gulf creating an open, easily navigable main level. Guests’ spaces on the ground floor allow for privacy and separation.
